My name is Ara E. Syskova, I was born in Russia by the Pacific Coast and grew up in the city of Vladivostok. I arrived in Toronto in 1991 and held my first art showing at the (O'Keefe Centre) today called the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts in 1993.
Growing up in a spiritual environment and inspired by knowledge, friends, family and the amazing Planet Urantia, I have learned that in life, it is a gift to be able to express oneself to others without consequences. Which was one of the reasons, how my journey as an artist began.
Discovering your true self, finding an ability to dive within, connecting with imagination allows one-self to go beyond the boundaries of our everyday existence.
Art, music, nature and Universe have always been a big part of my life, giving me a different sense of rhythm, which is matching the rhythm of my heart.
